It's been six long years since they shared their last joint in Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008), and now, fate, and a mysterious package with Harold's name on it, bring the two estranged friends together on Christmas Eve. With an impeccable, prize-winning Fraser Fir burned to the ground, a gift from Harold's no-nonsense father-in-law, Mr Perez, Harold and Kumar, along with their new best friends, Todd and Adrian, embark on a white-knuckled, cocaine-dusted quest to find the perfect replacement Christmas tree in the empty night streets of Manhattan.
