Queen of Cantopop Sammi Cheng portrays a woman mourning the loss of her newly wedded husband. A bout of self-destructive behavior ends with her gaining the wacky ability to see ghosts through her left eye. Traversing between the human and supernatural realms, the young widow befriends a lingering dead soul (a goofy Lau Ching-wan), and together they embark on a whimsical journey of grief and rebirth.
