Plot
After getting a green card in exchange for assassinating a Cuban government official, Tony Montana stakes a claim
on the drug trade in Miami. Viciously murdering anyone who stands in his way, Tony eventually becomes the biggest
drug lord in the state, controlling nearly all the cocaine that comes through Miami. But increased pressure from
the police, wars with Colombian drug cartels and his own drug-fueled paranoia serve to fuel the flames of his
eventual downfall.

Trama
Ambientato nella Miami degli anni 80, l'intreccio si dipana tra il mondo degli immigrati cubani e quello dei
signori della droga della east-coast. Tony Montana, lo sfregiato, è uno tra i tanti "rifugiati politici" in
territorio statunitense, sbarcati sulle coste della Florida in seguito all'apertura delle carceri cubane. Per i
profughi la via più veloce per abbandonare la degenza economica è darsi al crimine, e Tony, non certo uno stinco di
santo, non ci penserà due volte. Comincerà così per il gangster una rapida ascesa, che arriverà a vertiginose
quanto pericolose altezze.
