Called to the scene of a car wreck, fate plays matchmaker for Dane, a stoic, beefy firefighter, and Patrick, a geeky reporter. Sparks fly as Patrick is assigned to shadow Dane for a “day in the life” article. Despite their differences, they find themselves drawn together, their chemistry burning brighter than the flames Dane battles.
