Tío Mochales, a company that, years ago, was the undisputed queen of Spanish cheese. Today, it's a somewhat rusty business trying to keep up appearances. Their latest big idea: to organise a rural team-building retreat in the village where the company was founded. But what was meant to be a getaway to reconnect with "traditional values" turns into a trap when they discover that layoffs are coming and plenty of them. What promised to be a motivational escape quickly becomes a battlefield of flattery, betrayal, and leaks.
